He reacted to a video clip of testimony on June 28, 2016, by Special Presidential Envoy for the Global Coalition to Counter ISIL Brett McGurk. Mr. Pregent responded to telephone calls and electronic communications, including a telephone line reserved for veterans of the war in Iraq.
