Leslie D. Ware

Leslie Ware has spent more than 25 years analyzing, evaluating, and monetizing intellectual property portfolios for corporations, partnerships, and individuals. He has a successful record of building relationships with leading global technology companies to create licensing portfolios that provide return to innovators while offering fair and convenient access to technology rights to device makers.

Mr. Ware is the cofounder and CEO of Outlander Capital, a group focused on rights management, including music and patent royalty streams and intellectual property development, as well as guiding brands and properties to innovate using blockchain technology. He is also the cofounder and chairman of Marconi, a multi-platform patent management firm that manages the licensing of tens of thousands of patents globally for dozens of Fortune 500 companies and other major IP holders around the world. An inventor himself, Mr. Ware holds several patents for water safety and regulation apparatuses. He received his bachelor of science in political science from Southern Methodist University and juris doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
