Biography

Thomas Wilkins is Associate Professor at the University of Sydney where he focuses on Australian and Japanese strategic and foreign policies. Before that, he held fellowships and professorships at various universities in the Indo-pacific. He actively participates in security policy debates as a Senior Fellow at JIIA and a regular contributor to the Sasakawa Peace Foundation’s IINA.
