The People's Republic of China has launched a new cold war against the United States, affecting everything from economics to technology. The PRC is also utilizing information warfare against the US and its allies while propping up Russia's war of choice in Ukraine.

In this new cold war with the PRC, the US alliance system and its cutting-edge technologies are instrumental.
