As Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez continues his battle with cancer, the latest polling shows his opposition is uniting behind Henrique Capriles. With elections scheduled for later this year, Capriles is polling within striking distance of Chávez. The results of this election will have immediate ramifications on Latin America at large.
