Across the board, the strategy will attempt to pressure Iran - and in some cases American allies - to fix inadequate constraints on Iranian behavior, both in the nuclear domain and in the context of Iranian regional expansionism and global terror activities. Both supporters and detractors of the administration, however, have raised concerns about whether the tools the administration seems ready to use are adequate for the goals it has set.
