Biography

Iku Tsujihiro is a research associate with Hudson Institute’s Japan Chair.

She researches various topics including the United States’ extended deterrence in Northeast Asia, Taiwan contingency readiness, and Indo-Pacific economic security. 

Ms. Tsujihiro was previously a Nuclear Scholars Initiative fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studiess.

She received her MA in security studies Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and her BA in philosophy from Brandeis University. 

She is originally from Tokyo, Japan.
