Join Hudson for a conference featuring expert discussions on the United States–South Korea alliance and Indo-Pacific security, hosted by Lieutenant General Bernie Champoux (Ret.) and General Kim Byung-Kwan (Ret.).

This conference, jointly presented by Hudson Institute, the Council on Korea-US Security Studies (COKUSS), and the Korean Defense Veterans Association (KDVA), will feature two panels. Panel I will analyze the changing security dynamics on the Korean Peninsula, including nuclear threats, and the modernization of the ROK-US alliance in a multipolar world. Panel II will give a historical review of the Korean War on its seventy-fifth anniversary and identify lessons security officials on the Korean Peninsula can learn from the Russia-Ukraine War.
