The Copyright Claims Board (CCB) is a newly established tribunal within the United States Copyright Office that offers a voluntary alternative to the federal district courts for certain low-value copyright disputes. The product of years of hearings and debates among various stakeholders, the CCB provides affordable, streamlined procedures designed to ensure that all creators have meaningful and effective tools to protect their rights.
