Yulya Spantchak, Hudson research fellow and deputy director of the Institute's Center for Global Prosperity, delivered a featured presentation before today's USAID-sponsored conference on Diaspora Philanthropy: Private Giving and Public Policy." The seminar explored philanthropy from diaspora communities, its relation to global trends in giving and the increasing role it plays in development.
