Pinshan Lai

Pinshan Lai is a research associate with the Asia-Pacific Security Chair at Hudson Institute. She received her MA in international relations from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies and her BA in politics and literature from Bard College. She speaks English and Mandarin, with a proficiency in Japanese. She is originally from Taiwan.
