Panel I will analyze the changing security dynamics on the Korean Peninsula, including nuclear threats, and the modernization of the ROK-US alliance in a multipolar world. Panel II will give a historical review of the Korean War on its seventy-fifth anniversary and identify lessons security officials on the Korean Peninsula can learn from the Russia-Ukraine War.
